Oracle has extended Premier Support for the Oracle E-Business Suite Release 11.5.10 until November 2010. Paying for extended support will provide cover for a further 3 years until November 2013.

Sustaining Support
This is the default support if you choose not to buy Extended support after Nov 2007 or Nov 2013 if you did.
explicity excludes the following:
1. New updates, fixes, security alerts, data fixes, and critical patch updates
2. New tax, legal, and regulatory updates
3. New upgrade scripts
4. Certification with new third-party products/versions
5. Certification with new Oracle products
